Gerry Angiulo and his brothers ruled the Boston mafia for generations. They installed an illegal wiretap at one of his bar's in the combat zone in the early 60's, this confirmed that Gerry was "The Man" in Boston. The FBI took its time, but eventually they focused on him and his brothers. Gerry had an uncanny head for numbers and he parlayed that skill to become the "underboss" of the New England mafia, however he had to become a "made" member of  the mob first.
