One of the most prestigious of those titles is Ms. Olympia -- for the highest-ranking female body builder in the world. Detroiter Andrea Shaw, the 2020 Ms. Olympia, didn't get into power lifting until college. Today, she is not only a champion, she is a sought-after personal trainer and an evangelist for women building confidence and health, as well as strength, through fitness.
