Telling stories about my experiences with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This podcast is an extension of my autoethnographic PhD dissertation - the goal here is to share memories and experiences that provide snapshots into my life and experiences. Each story will stand alone - but each story will also add to a deeper understanding of what living with C-PTSD is like.
