Disrupting the Doughnut of Doom is a podcast from EMEN, the Ethnic Minority Environmental Network. Each month we speak to people working in Scotland to encourage greater inclusion and diversity in the environmental sector. EMEN is facilitated by CEMVO Scotland, a national intermediary organisation which seeks to build the capacity of ethnic minority voluntary groups in Scotland.
