Octavia Bray is a television writer and podcast addict who recently wrapped as a Story Editor on the fourth season of Disney Channel’s RAVEN’S HOME. She starts her writing with introspection and ends by laughing heartily at herself, and all her work has evidence of both. A child of divorce twice over, Octavia has one mom, two dads, and seven siblings of various degrees of blood relation. This means she also has a bit of a savior complex and a love for organization (she has a lot of family to keep track of). A progressive, black Christian who grew up attending a conservative Christian high school, she is every right-wing Republican's nightmare because she can rebut all their favorite talking points. Octavia is the winner of a hard-fought battle to love herself, despite the best efforts of LA's male population and the onset of an autoimmune disorder that is jacking up her delectable brown skin. When she's not watering her urban jungle, doing Korean sheet masks, and making zero progress on her coffee table puzzle, she's writing for podcasts.
