We went to check our body fat percentage and when we got our results, we decided to start a competition, or accountability program between us so that we could make progress toward positive health goals. Rosie has discovered that using a Fitbit and measuring her fitness has really motivated her to get a lot of housework done in order to hit her step goals. Adam was just about to start paying for a pretty intense fitness coach, but Rosie told him to hold on for a little longer, and then came up with the weekly weigh-in program which has been working great so far. We’ve discovered that if you keep your schedule busy, you will be less likely to eat crap because this will help you stay on schedule with what you have planned.
