Improving Diversity and Inclusion has been important for every industry. It's one thing for a company to write on social media that they're committed to promoting D&I and supporting various causes, it's another for them to make a commitment to put these initiatives to practice within their own organization. The S.T.E.M. field is no exception. In this week's episode members from the infosec community get together to discuss ways in which the hiring and recruiting process can work to actively work to implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in a meaningful way, and how they can work to make the industry more reflective of the available talent the field is in desperate need to pull from to fill the ever-increasing job roles.
