You've heard of RED FLAGS in relationships, for sure! In this episode we talk about GREEN and RED Flags, in your friendships, families, and partners. We also share our own experiences, in our personal lives with both green and red flags. Relationships in your life can get really toxic. If you are seeing some, or even all of these red flags.. If you ignore them, it can affect you and be really UNHEALTHY. Green flags are HEALTHY, and pour more positivity into your life. We hope that we were able to help you see some things in your own relationships!

RED MEAN = STOP
* Since primary school we've known what these general colors mean. It's not always easy to just get out of these relationships, sometimes they are someone in your family, or have been in your life for a really time. But these red flags can and most likely already are hurting you. Do it for yourself, and get on of the relationship, or step back. Set healthy boundaries to protect you, and what's best for you! Seek help in someone you trust!
