Tarin Calmeyer is an holistic corporate wellness expert, certified yoga teacher, and trained Osteopath. After 10 years of teaching yoga and mindfulness, leading team retreats and consulting, she founded her company Remote Team Wellness, with the intent of helping companies transition into this new space of remote working and navigate the extreme and universal stress of the pandemic. Their services span from virtual corporate wellness initiatives to in-person team retreats. To date the company’s clients include Meta, Dell, L’Oreal and Netflix. In this episode Tarin and I flowed through conversation focusing on the practical, personal application of some of the ofttimes abstract concepts often spoken of in the spiritual and personal development space, such as surrender, and the process of grief, as experienced personally by each of us.

Currently I’m not trying to make a profit from doing this podcast, but I really do believe in the ideas, people and different healing modalities that I’m sharing with you and I would love for more people to be able to benefit from it. Of course there are other ways you can help - share your favourite episode with as many people as possible, and leave a review on whichever platform you’re listening - this both gives me feedback so I can continue giving you more of what you like, and it serves to improve my ratings on the platforms. And honestly I would just love to hear from you! I so deeply appreciate every message of support and thanks that I’ve received.
