- “You have to back up affirmations with evidence. Shifts occur from evidence but you have to believe it”

- “Prioritize and plan your days”
- “Decide who you no longer want to be”
- “Pre-plan how you want to show up.

- “None of this happens on accident its an intentional effort everyday”
