Hello, hellooooo,
Well, well, it looks like this is the thing that keeps showing up. My reactiveness. And by prep-ticing, incrementally, I have been able to find myself in this NMW, state of being, with regard to puking caca onto him for not doing it my way. No self there to get in the way.
These practices don't stop you from feeling rather they have you feel everything that caused you to react and now you are responding to the situations rather than react and puke on others. Leave people ALONIE!
It is called surrender in action then take the next appropriate action to take care of the situation. Now there I complained about the process I went through and how disappointed I am with the outcome, raging mad and yet not directed to her and she knew it and was understanding!
Of course she is getting paid to calm the situation down and that she did well by letting me vent and not taking anything I said personal.
That works for me when my ego doesn't assume that others are there for my needs and that I can just cast them aside when they don't do what my ego believes they should be doing. He was saved by my ability to know that if I said anything it would have been to destroy him not lift him up. My actions were exactly what needed to happen for this outcome. I'm grateful I am able to walk away with grace and bit of snobbiness. All in an everyone functions and a NMW kind of way! How was your day? How is your baseline in each area?
