BOMBSHELL Carlee Russell Presser: Police Unable To Verify Odd Details In Carlee's Story
Police in Hoover, Alabama held a press conference Wednesday 7/19/23 making this statement.
"We have no reason to believe that there is a threat to public safety related to this particular case,"
Those weren't the only surprising words to come from Nick Derzis, chief of police in Hoover, Alabama, which is a city of over 90,000 residents just outside of Birmingham where Carlethia “Carlee” Russell disappeared off the face of the earth for a couple of days last week causing a frenzy in the news media and across the internet.
Her story was intriguing to say the least. Carlee called 911 after stopping for some snacks after work and low and behold she sees a baby walking down the street. Her 911 call was a calm woman reporting a kid on the side of the highway. Said she had her headlights on him and would wait for police. Three minutes later she was GONE. Nowhere to be found until she showed up at her parents' home 2 days later.
Here's what really happened according to the Hoover Police Dept.
Marlowe and McKenzie go over the press conference with our own questions.
