7. How To Optimize Mindful Movement While Traveling, & Creating New Routines
On today's episode I wanted to simplify how we view working out and traveling. A lot of us feel the need to continue the same routines and habits that we have in daily life and that they "should" naturally transfer to when we travel. We dive deep on this episode whether you are traveling for leisure or for work, exactly how you can move more mindfully to ultimately have a better relationship with movement and traveling and hopefully a better travel experience. It all starts with a plan and educating yourself on how to properly set yourself up for success in routines.
