The Light and Shadow of Coaching - In and Beyond Organizations
Society & Culture:Documentary
In this sixth episode, Claire (Kleanthi) Venetsanakou, Michael Tichelmann and Tünde Erdös, we take a view at Claire's personal story around social impact through coaching - what happens when leadership doesn't care about social impact - when leadership comes across its limitations and what that means today - how Claire's own limitations in her coaching have impacted on her 'becoming' - what makes it important for us coaches to enquire beyond the effectiveness of our individual coaching.
This is a Light and Shadow of Coaching – in and beyond organizations production resulting from a documentary we made to fund coach training for women in Kenya.
