“Meditation, Love, and the Art of Self-Exploration: A Conversation with Conor Creighton”
Today’s guest is Author, Meditation Teacher and Coach Conor Creighton. We talk about meditation, love, finding your way in a busy world, the inherent value in simply being yourself and the importance of taking responsibility for your own happiness.
Here are some of the main insights from today’s episode with Conor:
(1)Embracing our softness doesn’t diminish our strength; in fact, it enhances it.
(2)There’s a lot of societal pressure and expectation on both men and women to fit into certain roles, and that can be limiting and stifling. So creating spaces where people can be vulnerable, express their emotions, and be authentic is crucial for overall well-being.
(3)The more we can understand and appreciate the diversity within ourselves and others, the richer our collective experience becomes.
