Today’s guest is Fiona Brennan, CEO of The Positive Habit, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Best-Selling Author, and Inspirational Speaker.
Fiona is a two-time best-selling author and appears regularly in the mainstream media where she is an ambassador for positive thinking and wellbeing. Her first book is the Irish Times and Eason’s bestseller, ‘The Positive Habit’. Her most recent book, ‘The Self-Love Habit’ was published in 2021 hitting the best-seller list straight away. Her latest book on sleep is due for publication in April this year and is a truly transformational programme based on cutting-edge research in the areas of sleep science, positive psychology, lifestyle medicine, neuroscience, and mindfulness.
