Why it's important for workers' comp to recognize gradual onset stress
The Nova Scotia Workers' Compensation Board is adding "gradual onset psychological injury" to their eligible claims starting on Sept. 1. This means workers will be able to file a claim for injury caused by things like workplace bullying and harassment.
