In this episode, I address a question I have been getting on Instagram about healthy eating and intuitive eating. There is a common misconception that intuitive eating and anti-diet means anti-nutrition, which could not be further from the truth.
This notion is a result of black and white thinking around nutrition and health that comes from diet culture and even wellness culture which I explain in this episode.
Typically when we look at health in a silo and think that we need to eliminate all unhealthy foods to be healthy we fall into disordered eating and restrictive thinking that interferes with the quality of our life.
This episode explains when "healthy eating" can actually be unhealthy.
