Marissa Verson Harrison is the co-founder of ScreenAge Bootcamp (SABC), an online coaching platform to help parents create tech-life balance in the ScreenAge. After 25 years in tech marketing, Harrison watched her 14-year old son become addicted to video games, and erode her family and values. Desperate to save her son from tech addiction, Harrison built a system to protect her own family, then adapted the program to offer a simple solution for all families battling the threats of addictive digital media. Prior to SABC, Harrison was a serial entrepreneur and startup tech marketer. Harrison founded a tech PR firm, sold it to Omnicom (NYSE: OMC) and served as VP of marketing for several startups, including her own e-commerce product company for dog lovers. Harrison passionately speaks about the perils of addictive digital media to schools, parent groups, and mindful-living forums across the country. Harrison lives in the Oakland Hills with her ex-husband, two children, dog, and cat.
