In this special edition of the podcast, I discuss some of my best tips for improving your immune system. It is a better time than ever to really take care of your immune system. To do that, we can't just take Vitamin C and think we are good to go! We need to adjust our diet and lifestyle by removing inflammatory and irritating foods & substances, and also adding in healing, nutrient-rich foods and supplements along with critical lifestyle pieces like sleep, stress management and movement.
Over the past few days, many of my clients and Instagram followers have been reporting that they have been emotionally eating more than usual. And I have been too! It's a difficult time and it's important to forgive ourselves and not shame or guilt ourselves for how we are responding to this increase in anxiety and fear.
