Whether it's muscle loss, fat gain, strength and power loss, or even just mental instability — people are worried, probably just like you are. And it's understandable, but luckily our bodies are resilient specimen and won't give up your gains that easily. We may not have as much to fear as we think, especially if we stay proactive and keep our focus on the right things.
