"There's no wrong way of doing this": Whole-child leadership in a time of crisis and beyond

Adam Mihlebergel is an instructional, leader out of talked with ASCD recently about whole0-child leadership in a crisis and how he and his school district are handling these unique times. He discusses what whole-child leadership is and how we can all be a little more whole-child centered and now and in the future. He also discusses the little things that make a difference, including well thought-out communication. According to Mr. Mihelbergel, we will need to rely on one another's expertise in figuring out the new, better normal that hopefully emerges as a result of our collective and individual, unique experiences.
