In this episode, Jess sits down with Randy Hartnell, CEO and founder of Vital Choice Wild Seafood and Organics, a company that we know and love well! We covered what's going on in the seafood industry to promote environmental sustainability, how to responsibly source your seafood, the difference between farmed vs. wild seafood, the health benefits of regular seafood in your diet, and concerns of purity and contaminants in certain kinds of seafood. IT WAS MINDBLOWING. I personally haven't been so enthralled by a topic in a long time! We have always loved seafood, and after learning more, we make an effort to have some sort of Vital Choice seafood or supplement in our diet multiple times a week!
