#27 Sofia Toumbas Miss Universe ’18: dealing with self doubt, importance of bloodwork, tracking biomarkers to tune into our bodies
Hello legends! In this week’s episode I spoke to the incredible Sofia Toumbas.
Sofia has been competing since 2014 in a range of federations, taking out Miss Universe 2018 and most recently placing 4th in WBFF Fitness last year!
We had such a great chat about all things mental gains and I just love the way Sof’s mind works – she’s so inquisitive and her passion for learning and educating others is super cool. We needed our HARD in this episode and it was awesome!
