Parent Maturity Part 3 - Singles as Parents & Parent Holes
In this episode we will take a deeper look at the parent maturity stage and unpack what it looks like for single adults to be parents. Not single parents, but adults who are not married and are taking care of others sacrificially. There are three ways that singles can be parents, supplemental - assisting with training, introduction to the community, protection, stand-in -when a parent is unable to be available for whatever reason at given times, or replacement - when there is a permanent loss of a parent.
We also be looking a the holes that are left in maturity when the skills are not fully developed in the infant, child, or adult stages.
