In this episode, I have my second interview show with a great friend of mine who I have known for many years.
Mary Waters is a teacher of English to students new to the language. She has done it all, from landing a teaching job in China with no formal training, to creating an online "edutainer" persona. She now teaches EL to students in a traditional US high school setting, but her story is one you won't want to miss.
We also talk about some great CI topics such as motivation during the pandemic, how we handle assignments to how we assess students.
