Welcome everyone to our first ever episode of the Cowgirl Channel of Canada. We are excited to share with you a special interview with one very special Canadian Cowgirl Kateri Cowley. Kateri grew up in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Alberta her home is Rafter Six Ranch. Kateri had an adventurous childhood growing up on a Guest Ranch surrounded by a herd of 80 horses. Later in life, Kateri attended the Olds College in Alberta and studied for an intense two-year equine studies program. Shortly after that she moved to Texas to gain some experiences in the cutting horse industry and to add to her already amazing resume as a horse trainer. Kateri has also contributed to the film world as a wrangler, and even a stunt double. In 2009, Kateri was crowned the Calgary stampede princess. During this interview Kateri and I talk about her life experiences. She shares some fantastic stories of her life as a Cowgirl in Canada. Living on a ranch in the heart of Alberta. We share many laughs, and truly enjoyed our conversation. Kateri Cowley is an amazing woman, wife, and friend. Also a crazy awesome horse trainer.
