We’ve had a lot to deal with in the last year...not just the pandemic - although it was/is a huge stressor - but also race relations, all the political unrest, etc. And now as we start to open back, we're in this odd place. Some still working from home, some places still requiring masks, some not, anxiety over whether or not you should get the vaccine. Anxiety is high because we have so much new to deal with. So how do we deal with it all? Whether is general or situational anxiety, this week I'm sharing strategies to coping with anxiety.
