Here’s the thing - you can’t wait until you feel like it. How often am I motivated to clean the bathroom? Umm, never. So relying on motivation alone just doesn’t work. Most often the things we need to do or the things we want to do because we know they are good for us or the things we just plain know we need to get done, are hard. They’re often things that make a big difference in our lives but take work and/or time and so we avoid them.
