This is a guided meditation for anxiety. Anxiety can be a challenging emotion to work with. It can leave you feeling disoriented and disconnected from self and it is often an emotion that people resist, avoid or run from. This meditation will support you in facing and navigating waves of anxiety, while also holding space for it to move through your physical body. My hope is for this meditation to support you and leave you feeling more grounded, empowered and safe within the self.
