In the state of Pennsylvania, a realtor must obtain a salesperson’s license in order to help buyers and sellers buy and sell real estate. However, when you obtain your salesperson’s license, the only way you can practice is by working under the supervision of a licensed broker. Today, we talk about what it takes to obtain a salesperson’s license vs. what it takes to obtain a broker’s license and why licensed salespeople might consider eventually getting their broker’s license.
