Take What Serves. Leave the Rest.
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
In this episode Bryan interviews ABC News Chief Meteorologist Ginger Zee.
In addition to reporting the weather on Good Morning America and World News Tonight, Ginger is also publicly sharing her journey with mental health. The mother of two has struggled with depression, anorexia, and borderline personality disorder - and has opened up about attempting suicide twice. In her most recent book, "A Little Closer To Home: How I Found the Calm After the Storm", Ginger shares that her second suicide attempt was after she had an abortion.
Ginger shares how she manages her mental health every day, reminds us that no storm lasts forever - and much more.
