Many really are unsure and just don't know what signs to look for, when it comes to our bodies needing more calories.
Many don't honestly even realize that being in a calorie deficit and trying to lose weight shouldn't be a "lifestyle" but rather a quick in and out phase we go through before we reverse back up to maintenance.
