Welcome back everyone to “The Really REAL Real Estate Podcast!”
Whether you are doing it yourself or hiring a professional contractor to get the job done, today, major home renovations have three things in common: they’re loud, they’re messy, and their inconvenient! It doesn’t matter if you’re looking to update a bathroom to increase the resale value of your home that you’re looking to sell within the next year or if you’re looking to completely gut your kitchen that has carpet and wallpaper from the 1960s, survival is paramount when it comes to a major renovation project in your home. Today, we talk about what to expect when it comes to a major home repair and some tips and tricks to make your rehab project a little more bearable!

- What is your responsibility during the renovation (do you have to supply certain materials, products, etc.)?
