Your mindset plays a critical role in how you view life, especially when obstacles arise.
Your mindset practices is similar to brushing your teeth, it must be done daily! When you fill your mouth with sugar, you brush more frequently. Same goes for your mindset, if you are around toxicity or thinking negative thoughts, you need to focus on your mindset work more frequently.
If we are not careful, a poor mindset can create self imposed limitations, which creates a domino effect, starting with your mind, which triggers a lack of self esteem and can leave you feeling in a FUNK.
Grab a pen and paper and be ready to take notes for actionable steps to get your mindset in tip top shape!
