Are you a gold, red, blue, or green personality...? We each have lifelong personality traits that can be identified by color. I'm interviewing Shoya Zichy, the developer of Color Q Personalities who has worked with dozens of major corporations helping them identify the different personality traits of their employees. This uses a simple 7 minute test to zero in on each person's primary and secondary color. Originally, Shoya worked with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and decided people needed an easier, and just as accurate, system to use.
