"Mujeres de mal vivir", which in English translates roughly to “women who live evil lives,” was a term used by colonial authorities in Santiago de Guatemala to describe women whose lives deviated from Christian norms and were believed to be sorceress. The episode explores their lives and the attempts made in order to contain them.
