What's up ya'll, welcome back to another episode of the Trying 2 Parent Podcast!
It's great to have you all here with us. We've got quite a bit to catch you up on, so let's dive right in.
So, Halloween is right around the corner, and you know how we love our holidays. This will be our last year not going all in on the holidays which we're actually looking forward to getting back into with the little man.
The Arizona Diamondbacks are in the World Series, and it's just crazy to see our home team competing at such a high level. Fingers crossed for a win!
The NBA season has kicked off, and in the first game, the Lakers managed to beat the Suns. Let's go baby
On the home front, Amanda's AC broke, and it's been quite a discomfort. We're hoping for a quick and affordable fix on that one.
In terms of work, we've been working on some exciting projects in our business, so stay tuned for what's to come.
We'll also be taking in our friend's dog for two weeks as they travel back to the states.
We hit the beach today, and despite some high tide, it was a gorgeous day spent with our friends. You can't beat those beach vibes!
And now, baby talk. It's week 30, and things are getting real. Amanda's been listening to birthing stories on Audible. The time is getting closer
We recently had our 29-week check-up, and we got some good news - little man is currently positioned head down. That's a relief!
Amanda put together a little shelf unit she ordered for all the baby clothes. We're slowly getting everything ready for his arrival.
In the "In the News" segment, we got some baby laundry detergent because of their sensitive little skin. Totally makes sense but I didn't know it was a thing ha.
And last but not least, dual classes are coming up, and we need to figure out which package we want to roll with.
In our weekly readi "We're Pregnant: The First-Time Dad's Pregnancy Handbook," we discussed where the baby is at development-wise at Week 30 of the pregnancy. It's amazing how fast this journey is progressing!
