Der står kød på tre ud af fire spiseborde hver aften i Danmark. Mange af os siger, at vi gerne vil spise mere grønt. Men nye tal viser, at færre og færre af os tænker på klimaet, når vi fylder indkøbskurven og laver aftensmad.
Vores madkultur er en kødkultur. En supertanker, som er svær at vende og hjælpe klimaet og vores sundhed. Hvorfor spiser vi så meget kød, hvad spænder ben for de grønne vaner, og hvad skal få flere af os til at blive lige så glade for bønner som for kødretter?
