We share tools and strategies for building awareness and acceptance and creating change, stressing that curiosity is an essential ingredient for connection, trust and regulating our nervous systems in order to thrive and flourish in our complex and complicated world.

About Carolyn Collins, LCPC
Carolyn is the founder of Be Healthy Within, a wellness company dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, fostering growth mindset, and developing connections to self and others. Her mission is to help individuals balance their lives through a whole body integrative approach. She works to bring awareness, acceptance, and change by connecting to oneself, others, and purpose. Recognizing that each person holds within them the innate ability to know what they need for healing. Carolyn guides her clients through acceptance and empowers them to make the changes they need to live happier and healthier lives. In working from a holistic perspective,
she encourages her clients to all aspects of self-care, nutrition, exercise, personal connections, identification with values, and deeply creating deeply meaningful relationships.
Carolyn has her master's degree in counseling, psychology from Loyola University. She has a post-master's degree in art therapy. She also started an art therapy nonprofit. She's a certified health coach. She's completed power collaborative professional development training with girls leadership. And she has her 300 hour yoga alliance certification in yoga psychology focusing on the healing power of yoga, meditation, breath work and shadow work.
