Sophie Pender is the Founder and CEO of The 93% Club, a state-school educated member's club created to rival Britain's ‘old boys’ societies.

In the first part of the third episode of the Picture Change – Social Mobility series, Sophie shares her own personal story and journey as a student and trainee solicitor and the genesis of The 93% Club.
