Nick Bent is the CEO of upReach, a social mobility charity supporting students from lower socio-economic backgrounds in obtaining top graduate jobs.

In the fourth and final episode of the Picture Change – Social Mobility series, Nick talks to us about his story and experience as CEO and the work of upReach. Chloe Halloran, Associate in Slaughter and May's Real Estate Group, also joins the conversation with Nick to share her experiences as a mentor in the Law Springboard programme.
