Recipes:
Avocado Lemon Pasta
-brown rice noodles
-avocado
-lemon
-garlic
-olive oil or butter
(can add chicken or a veggie like broccoli and top with cheese if you have it)
1) cook noodles
2) puree avocado, lemon, olive oil and garlic
3) serve puree over cooked pasta with added toppings that you have in your fridge such as chicken, vegetables or even cheese
Salmon Bowls
-Pouched Salmon
-Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
-Rice of any Kind
- Teriyaki Sauce (I use GF from primal kitchen)
1) Cook up rice (could be on stove, microwavable or instant)
2) Stir fry or steam vegetables on stove or in microwave
3) Put salmon, veggies over rice. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce sauce (and any other toppings such as sesame seeds or green onions)
