We often hear a lot about taking care of your body but only now, are people starting to recognize the need to take care of our mental state as well. Today's world offers a lot of stress and deadlines. Many of us are frequently running against a clock or facing a mountain of responsibility and it is virtually impossible to manage such things if your MIND and body, are not up to the task. There are things that you can do to help, simple things but they all start with you first.
