19. The Strategy to Improve your Energy, Hormones, Busyness, and Overall Health: Find How you can Become your Best Self
This one piece of practice could change your health, your business, your relationships, everything that you're wanting to see progress and change in.
This is more than a strategy.
It's so simple to do and does require discipline (as with all things that bring you forward).
When you commit to it you'll be seeing changes within weeks!
It's not a super secret strategy, it's about your words and making declarations.
It may sound simple, everyone has heard it in one form or the other however not everyone is practicing it DAILY.
Yes, my recommendation for my 1:1 clients is DAILY practice because this is when it rewires beliefs you could be having that's holding you back.
I've used these throughout my pregnancies, the birth of my children, my own health and my business and have seen huge positive changes, and I know it will be the same for you!
Especially when it comes to improving our health, we get caught up in things we eat and our sleep habits - all of which are important but if you miss this step, I can guarantee that you're missing out on even better results.
It's in Scripture that our words hold power so let's use it to bring us God-ordained changes that we need.
