Meet my friend and family Lakee “Chef La” Upshaw born and raised in East New York section of Brooklyn NY. He is a father, a husband, a role model, a community advocate, a source of motivation and inspiration. He is a trained chef, an entrepreneur, a caterer, a culinary artiste and owner of Chef La’s Fish Fry in Smyrna GA.

This Brother’s career in culinary arts started with him washing dishes in a chain restaurant all the way up to him now owning his own restaurant.
