The news is astounding: Business executives, teachers, news media types and, yes, even some politicians are being "outed" by women who, in some cases, are coming forward decades following the abuse. Here we visit with former and current media person Brooke Benschoter about her experiences, what constitutes sexual harassment, where it may be going and what just might be the answer. This is also a clear business issue that impacts employees, productivity and branding.
