PAPod 165 - What the hell do you mean by "Capacity?"

I use the work capacity like it has meaning that everyone on earth already knows.  

I know now that is not true...

Here is my definition of the word "Capacity."

Remember, Safety is not the absence of an accident, safety is the presence of capacity.
