Irish Government Policies to Blame After Country Labelled 'Tax Haven' in New Report - Boylan
Dublin MEP Lynn Boylan claims Irish Government policies are to blame for the country's reputation as a "tax haven".
It follows the publication of a report which described Ireland as the biggest "tax haven" in the world, to shelter multi-national profits.
The study was carried out by the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Copenhagen.
The findings have been labelled "overly simplistic" by the Department of Finance.
However, Sinn Fein MEP, Lynn Boylan says the report shows Ireland's reputation is being damaged internationally:
