David Lynch doesn't really do traditional sequels, but we like to think he'd approve of some of our sequel ideas this week, including an unlikely children's movie set inside a certain severed appendage, a sitcom retelling - complete with laugh track - and a Dennis Hopper origin story with some controversial re-casting choices...
